T.E.A.M. Assessment Profile

        Below are the descriptions of the four potential personality profiles in the T.E.A.M. Assessment tool. Once you have taken the assessment you can identify your profile or that of your department leaders.

 

        Being able to identify yours’ and/or your associate’s profiles will help you understand better placement with teamwork settings and motivational factors for success.

  

         As a department leader you will be able to identify the strengths and weaknesses of your supervisors. You will also be able to build a standard, using the profile results of your best supervisors, and development a T.E.A.M. Assessment Standard to use as a hiring and promotion success indicator.
