profiles in the T.E.A.M. Assessment
tool. Once you have taken the assessment you can
identify your profile or that of your department
leaders.
Being able to identify yours’ and/or your
associate’s profiles will help you understand
better placement with teamwork settings and
motivational factors for success.
As a department leader you will be able to
identify the strengths and weaknesses of your
supervisors. You will also be able to build a
standard, using the profile results of your best
supervisors, and development a T.E.A.M. Assessment
Standard to use as a hiring and promotion
success indicator.
