Laughter Clubs -

(30 minute sessions, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) Each club gathering consists of a basic format of laughter exercises and activities.

A Laughter Club Program is non-political, non-religious, non-explotive, non-perfectionistic, and does not require everyone to participate in all the exercises.

A Laughter Club Program flows through these basic program componants:

  1. Attendees stand and sit in a circle, with the Certified Laughter Leader in the middle. They will welcome and give an introduction to the process.
  2. Simply breathing and stretching exercises.
  3. Laughing exercises (3 to 8, depending on time frame and group comfortability level).
  4. Announcements and conclusion.

Laughter Club Programs are being used in corporations, businesses of various sizes, a great way to break-up the nose-to-grind association meetings or organizational conferences, for hospital staff, hospice caregivers, long-term healthcare residents, elementary school and middle school classes, cancer support groups, heart health support groups, and hundreds more across the United States of America.
