Christian Laughter Clubs

As an ordained Christian minister and member of the Alabama Conference of Southern Baptist Evangelist, I am dishearten to see "Christians" not living according to the positive gospel joy of Jesus Christ, whose mission was to lead us to "live life more abundantly."

Jesus said, "In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world" (John 16:33).

Christian Laughter Clubs offer churches a means of refocusing on that joy and peace through laughter clubs that offer Christian affirmation through the addition of biblical praise!

Help your parishioners and community enjoy a fun and enjoyable time exercising their God-given gift of laughter for the purpose of stress relief, wellness, and health!

"A merry heart doeth good like a medicine, but a broken spirit drieth the bones." - Proverbs 17:22.

What is a Christian Laughter Club? The program of the Christian Laughter Club is very similair to the ones affilitated with the World Laughter Tour, like my community club, "The Mobile Laughter Club ."

If you are with a Christian church and are interested in starting a Christian Laughter Club with your congregation, please contact me through the form below, for more information.

“Laughter has a positive effect on the cardiovascular system. Blood pressure is lowered overall and resting heart rate decreases. Additionally, the immune system appears to get tuned up. We should become more serious about laughter."           -- Dr. Lee Berk, Loma Linda University
