I have had the honor and experience of officiating and overseeing over 1200 weddings. Over the years I have a learned somethings about weddings and the concerns about planning the ceremony.

I know what works well, how to add your own personality, and make your day a special meaningful benchmark in your love life!

NO COST COORDINATING SERVICES…

Ceremony Planning Assistance - If I am officiating your wedding, you will have my ear and advice on incorporating or creating a ceremony that meets your dreams and customized interests. I am always available to you to answer questions, anytime. Once you’ve booked me, you have my full attention. I am available to you by phone, email, Facebook, or a meet-up over coffee.
Rehearsal Planning Assistance- I am available to you and/or your wedding planner to discuss and organize the ceremony structure and strategy, anytime by phone, email correspondence, Skype, or meet-up in the Mobile, Alabama area. I also have a Rehearsal Helps resource page on the key points to consider my part, as the officiant, into your rehearsal event.
Vendor Planing Assistance - If you are planning a destination wedding in our area, then I will be happy to help you with questions or help with choosing your other wedding vendors. Just ask! Day-of, rehearsal, or pre-wedding.
Wedding Day Coordinating - On the day of your wedding, I am available to help coordinate your bridal party for no charge. I frequently do that and one time arrived at a very large wedding that had 15 groomsmen and 15 bridemaids, but no coordinator. So, after painfully watching the groom and family unsuccessfully attempt to organize the bridal party, I stepped in and saved the day. I have many other stories, too, but just know that I can help you with that.

FEE-BASED COORDINATING SERVICES…

Rehearsal Event Coordinating – If you would like me to coordinate your rehearsal event for your wedding, I can schedule your rehearsal in my calendar and my rehearsal services can be booked for an additional $100. That would include about an hour to an hour and a half of time for the event. In the past I have attended rehearsals as my schedule permitted, but recently the demand upon my schedule and the fact that an evening home with my family is becoming a premium, has encouraged me to go with a no-cost rehearsal planning and a fee-based rehearsal planning option.
Extended Day-Of Coordinating – On the day of your wedding, I am available to help coordinate your bridal party and/or vendor services for an additional $100. Extended Wedding day Coordinating is different from the no-cost service mentioned above, because you book me for an additional hour an advance. Actually, I arrive a 1.5 hours before start time to provide this service, because I typically arrive 30 to 20 minutes before start time if I am officiating.
DIY Bridal Wedding Coaching - If you are a do-it-yourself bride planning your own wedding, I can sit down with you and help you plan your wedding, including locating and dealing with vendors, creating a ceremony that will fit you and your officiant, and equipping you to do the planning, preparing, and overview of your wedding ceremony, through a simple hourly advice wedding planning service.
