Truth #1.
We will all die and face the
judgment!
Job asked, “If a man die, shall he
live again?” (Job 14:14).
Jesus gave us this answer: “all that are in the
graves shall hear his voice, And shall come
forth; they that have done good, unto the
resurrection of life; and they that have done
evil, unto the resurrection of
damnation”
(John 5:28,
29).
Death is inevitable! But
the real question is, Will you come forth in
“the
resurrection of life” or “the resurrection of
damnation”?
The Bible describes our
condition in this way, “But your iniquities have
separated between you and your God, and your
sins have hid his face from you, that he will
not hear” (Isaiah
59:2).
The Bible defines sin in
1 John 3:4:
“Sin is the
transgression of the law.” Have you broken
God’s Holy Moral law? Have you ever stolen?
Disobeyed your parents? Misused the name of God?
Lusted? Coveted what others are and
have?

Of course you have!
“For all have
sinned, and come short of the glory of
God”
(Romans 3:23). We all stand separated
from God and guilty of sin if we attempt to
face the judgment in our own
strength!
