1st – Check Availability
I use a 2-step process for booking your wedding or vow renewal officiating into my schedule and calendar.
1st, check my availability to officiate by using the Email Booking Instructions below.
Before inquiring about my availability, please review my Booking Provisions, including my church’s Wedding Officiating Policy. If these provisions or policy prevent me from officiating your ceremony, I am happy to point you to someone who may be able help.
2nd, I will email you back letting you know if I am either available or unavailable. If I am unavailable I will offer a referral to another minister. If I am available and able to officiate your wedding or vow renewal, I will email you back to asking you to respond with a confirmation that you do want to book my officiating services.
Email Booking Instructions…
In case you are wondering I no longer use a fill-in the blank contact form because of a high increase of spam and hacker attacks. The gmail email system is a superior one for blocking and protecting from those things and is easier to keep track.
Please email me direct at firstname.lastname@example.org and copy & paste or otherwise include the following information:
- bride & groom’s names
- date & time of wedding
- location of wedding
- how many guests you expect
- your church background
- please note if it’s a vow renewal or any other additional information you can
- please put Wedding Availability or Vow Renewal Availability in your email subject line.
