Anger vs Compassion

Anger is a default expression when things seem out of our control. When we feel overwhelmed or hyper-stressed or defeated by circumstances we tend to lash out in anger toward others and things around us. Next time you feel like a target of another’s anger, respond with compassion and you’ll help them gain control of the real issue.
