I’m still thinking about John 2:1-12 and yesterday’s teaching time, because I’m taking comfort in knowing that Jesus turned water to wine.

It’s amazing when you consider that Jesus created something out of nothing. He took impure water from an impure cistern used for self righteous regulation and recreated it into refreshingly drinkable grace – wine.

So think about this next time you find yourself in doubt with your own cistern of self and feeling that it’s hopeless, or it’s impossible, or it’s doomed, or it’s worrisome, whatever that “water” is in you just do as Jesus says and draw in faith and see Him turn your life and those circumstances into refreshing drinkable wine.
