Matthew 5:7

“Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy.”

 

Father in Heaven,

Thank you for this promise to show mercy to those who show mercy to others. May we follow in the footsteps of Jesus and freely extend grace and compassion to those whom we care for, work with, and live with at home.

Empower us with your mercy so we may have it to give.
